Prisca is a seasoned Marketing Strategist with over 18 years of experience in the petroleum downstream industry. She is a bilingual forward-thinker with great communication skills, and has demonstrated absolute versatility while handling multiple roles as a Retail Network Manager and Acting Retail and Property Development Manager.

She played a vital role in the acquisition of new and existing service stations which contributed hugely to Engen’s expansion program across Ghana.  Her exceptional performance led to her current appointment as a Commercial manager.

Under her direct leadership, two Dealers of retail service stations in Ghana were awarded the “BEST DEALERS-WEST AFRICA” for the Year 2010 and 2012 in South Africa.

In 2016, Prisca was adjudged the Best Worker (Second Runner-up) at the annual “Customer Awards Dinner Night”, a testament to her exceptional performance and her special Interpersonal and Leadership skills.

Prior to joining Engen Ghana, Prisca worked with the West Africa Network for Peace building (WANEP) as the P. A. to the Project Director.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central University and a Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana, Business School (UGBS). She has certifications in Practical Retail Skills Programme (PRSP), Selling and Marketing in Difficult Times and has attended several Retail Conferences organized by the IBD group in South Africa.

Prisca is married with one child.
