Terms & Conditions for Engen Ghana Limited’s 25th Anniversary Social Media Giveaway
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in Engen Ghana Limited’s (EGL) 25th Anniversary Social Media Giveaway.
1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Ghana.
2. Who cannot take part:
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of EGL and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
3. Entry:
To enter the giveaway, follow EGL’s social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Answer the question correctly when posted on social media. The first 25 winners will be selected monthly from Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
4. Winner notification:
Winners will be contacted privately and informed on how to redeem their prize. Winners will be contacted via the social media platform used for the giveaway. Winners will be required to provide their full name and authenticate their identity.
5. Prizes:
To enter the giveaway, follow EGL’s social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Answer the question correctly when posted on social media. The first 25 winners will be selected monthly from Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
6. Publicity
By agreeing to participate in EGL’s 25th Anniversary Social Media Giveaway, you grant EGL the right to use your name, social media handle, likeness, and any submitted content for publicity purposes without further compensation or approval.
7. Release and Limitation of Liability:
By entering the giveaway, participants release EGL from any or all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs, or expenses associated with the acceptance or use of any prize.
8. Privacy policy:
Any personal information collected from participants during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
10. Modification and Termination:
Engen Ghana Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior written notice, for any reason. EGL also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent behavior or violates these terms and conditions.
