Curated to test the elements of our core values (Performance, Respect, Ownership, Leadership, Integrity, and Teamwork), the Engen Ghana Team Building Retreat was designed to afford team members the opportunity to reset. It was essential that as part of activities marking our 25th Anniversary celebrations, a team building session that will aid in increased productivity and employee morale be held.
The overall success of our retreat exemplifies the importance of stepping outside the confines of the office and embracing challenges in an unconventional setting. Through shared struggles, open communication, and the celebration of small wins, team members were able to discover hidden strengths and talents, build enduring relationships, and redefine their roles within the team.
