Moses is a trained engineer with over 13 years of multidisciplinary professional experience in operations management, project management, procurement & contract management, transport, logistics & supply chain management, bunkering, transportation & distribution of hydrocarbons & the implementation and auditing of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001). He has a master’s degree in peace, security, and intelligence management from the University of Professional Studies, a master of business administration degree in project management from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, a postgraduate diploma in occupational health, safety, and environmental management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, and a bachelor of science degree in materials engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Additionally, he has certificates in procurement and contract management, transport, logistics, and supply chain management, as well as a lead auditor certificate in ISO 45001:2018.

Moses held high executive positions with previous companies before joining Engen Ghana Ltd. He was Tel Energy Limited’s operations and HSEQ manager, responsible for carrying out the organization’s operations and HSEQ function. He oversaw all operational, technical, and compliance issues that had an impact on the day-to-day operations of the company as the technical and operations manager for Ready Oil Ltd. He also had brief stints working as a research assistant for the Ghana Geological Survey Department, National Identification Authority, and AngloGold Ashanti, Iduapriem Mine.

He has participated in numerous national and international capacity-building conferences, seminars, and symposia on downstream oil and gas-related topics such as bunkering and HSEQ.
